SyscoXLegends: Server Run Discord Integration Terms of Service

1. Purpose

The integration uses Discord Rich Presence to display game activity on Discord. Depending on the implemented features, this may include the game title, current level, gameplay status, and elapsed play time.

These terms apply to the Discord integration. Any separate terms governing the game or its purchase continue to apply.

2. Eligibility and use

You must meet Discord's age requirements and comply with applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and its Community Guidelines.

You may not use the integration to disrupt services, bypass security protections, or violate another person's rights.

3. Activity visibility

Game activity is transmitted to Discord for display through its activity features. Other Discord users may see this information according to Discord's functionality and your settings.

You can manage activity sharing through Discord's activity privacy settings.

4. Privacy

Information about data handled by this integration is described in our Privacy Policy, available alongside these terms. Discord's handling of information is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

The integration may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or future Discord update.

6. Ownership

Use of the integration does not transfer ownership of the game, branding, artwork, or software. Rights remain with their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the integration is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Discord relationship

SyscoXLegends: Server Run is not sponsored or endorsed by Discord. These terms are between you and the game's operator, not Discord. They do not replace or override Discord's applicable terms.

9. Updates to these terms

Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be identified in a notice accompanying the update.
