SyscoXLegends: Server Run Discord Integration Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the game's Discord Rich Presence feature, which displays game activity on your Discord profile. It does not cover separate websites, storefronts, community servers, or other services.

2. Information processed

While the integration is active, the game sends activity information to your Discord client for display through Discord. This may include:

• The game title.
• Your current level or gameplay status.
• Session timing, such as elapsed play time.
• Game artwork and associated activity text.

Discord may associate this activity with your signed-in Discord account and show it to other users according to your settings and Discord's functionality.

The integration does not require a separate Discord login through Dark Code Studio. We do not collect or store your Discord password, messages, friend list, email address, or Discord account identifier through this feature.

3. How information is used

Activity information is processed solely to display and update your game activity on Discord.

We do not use information from this integration for advertising, profiling, or marketing, and we do not sell it.

4. Storage and retention

Dark Code Studio does not maintain a server-side database or activity history for this integration. Activity information is processed as needed to provide Rich Presence during gameplay.

Discord independently controls any storage and retention of information it receives. Its practices are described in the Discord Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing

The integration sends activity information to Discord to provide the feature. Your activity may be visible to other Discord users.

Dark Code Studio does not send this integration's activity information to advertising providers or analytics services.

6. Your choices

You can control whether your game activity is displayed through Discord's activity privacy settings. Closing the game stops new activity updates from the game.

For information held by Discord, use Discord's privacy controls or contact Discord directly.

7. Support and privacy requests

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond to your request and retain it only as long as needed to resolve the matter or meet applicable legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Because we do not store Discord activity histories or account identifiers through this integration, we cannot retrieve or delete records held independently by Discord.

8. Children's privacy

This integration is not directed to children under 13 or anyone below Discord's applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the integration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information provided to us through support requests. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
